Astoria lifeboat accident reported by Shipping Times, no conclusive investigation yet.

A Filipino sailor has been killed during a lifeboat drill on a german operated cruise ship. The Shipping Times reported that the sailor was killed and three others were injured when a lifeboat harness snapped, bringing the boat crashing down against the cruise ship's side.
The accident happened
on board Transocean Tours of Bremen's ASTORIA as the vessel lay at Corfu.
