Schat-Harding announce acquisition of Willem Pot BV.

Schat-Harding have announced their acquisition of the well known, Rotterdam based, independent lifeboat servicing and testing organisation, Willem Pot BV, which will retain its trading name.

Reportedly, this move is to further enable Schat-Harding service engineer availability whilst cynics within the industry comment that the move will serve to reduce the choice owners have of retaining truly independent service companies yet further.
